The Director/Manager of SaaS Delivery is responsible for developing, managing, and evolving our client's Service functions to ensure technical operational success. The Director/Manager of SaaS Delivery provides leadership and sets clarity of direction for all operational activities. The person in this position plays an important role in supporting business objectives concerning trends and needs within technology and operations, such as business operations, operational monitoring, change management and project management. While this is a management role, it is very much a hands-on position. You will be responsible for all elements of our SaaS delivery- including managing our Application Security Analysts team; managing the job flow and remediation process; and driving engineering enhancements to improve customer results. This role does not include the management of infrastructure, but you will work very closely with our systems & engineering teams. You will be responsible for growing, managing, and mentoring the team that runs the service operations as well as provides 24x7 support for application anomalies.
The Director/Manager of SaaS Delivery works in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with responsibilities as both a player and a coach, including areas such as application change management, capacity planning, application operational monitoring, and staff management for on time customer delivery.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands on relevant professional work experience, with direct experience of managing 24x7 SaaS operations for mission-critical services.
- In depth knowledge and experience of application environments
- Understanding of multi-tier J2EE architectures SQL queries
- Deep Java knowledge
- Excellent diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Off-hours availability when needed
- Track record of delivering SLA and uptime over extended period of time, with continuous improvements through process, people, or technology cycles.
- Experience managing a team for on time delivery when dealing with exception processing and labor intensive processes
- Tack record driving process improvement and automation of manual tasks
- Experience in working in and managing Applications Support or Operations in a SaaS environment is highly desired.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment to meet aggressive business objectives.
- Creative, energetic, assertive, self-starter.
- Demonstrable ability to manage, lead, and mentor a team, while creating policies, processes and procedures to support growth.
- Demonstrable capability to build and grow functional teams to meet departmental and business goals.
- Excellent leadership, decision making, multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
